Landscapes on Location is a plein air painting workshop series that meets at six different sites in the mid-Hudson area. The series brings regionally-famous artists to demonstrate their approach to the landscape. You dont have to have any previous experience, some people are absolute beginners, some are semi-professionals. The series is an encouraging environment with individual instruction and group critiques. In an effort to diversify these workshops, we are offering six full scholarships. We especially encourage people of color, elderly, teen, and differently-abled individuals to apply. Preference will be given applicants in one or more of these categories. Second preference will be given to applicants willing to work in exchange for tuition.
